David Richmond supports the assessment of FRAPCON and FRAPTRAN as well as various analyses using the code. David has technical expertise in thermal modeling, spent fuel storage and transportation, and fuel performance modeling. David also supports review activities of licensing technical reports and leads the development of COPBRA-SFS supporting U.S. Department of Energy research and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing reviews.
