Walter Luscher supports the development of new models incorporated into FRAPCON and FRAPTRAN. Dr. Luscher has 15 years of experience in experiment design and process model development, thermomechanical processing of materials, and material characterization. Dr. Luscher also supports review activities of licensing technical reports and is the experiment manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for in-reactor testing at the Advanced Test Reactor.
