Instructions for Joining the FRAPCON/FRAPTRAN Code User Group

1. Fill out and sign the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) nondisclosure agreement (NDA). The signed NDA must then be scanned and emailed to James.Corson@nrc.gov, NRC FRAPCON Program Manager. A copy of this NDA/agreement can be downloaded here.

2. Once NRC approves the NDA, PNNL will send the requestor a contract to join the user group. The cost is $5000 for the first year and $3000 for each subsequent year. The requestor may select between one (1) and five (5) year contract. Some restrictions may apply to foreign entities.

3. Once the Requestor signs the contract and remits payment, all approved Users listed on the NDA will receive a welcome email with instructions on accessing the FRAPCON, FRAPTRAN and FAST codes and documentation. This includes recent code corrections, updated input instructions, verification case input files, training material, and user group meeting minutes and presentations.

Please note that the FRAPCON/FRAPTRAN/FAST codes are NOT part of the US-NRC CAMP program.
